Vendor Application – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Fees

Stall fee: £20 per table (5–6ft) unless otherwise agreed.

Fees must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure your space.

All fees are non-refundable.

2. Table & Setup

If you are providing your own table, please ensure it is covered with a black tablecloth.

Vendors are responsible for their own loading and unloading of equipment. Assistance may be available if requested in advance.

3. Stall Allocation & Products

We will make every effort to ensure stalls do not directly compete by offering identical products.

If two applications are received for the exact same stall type, priority will be given to the vendor who applied and paid first and the other applicant will be refunded. 

4. Event Timings

Vendor entry from: 9:00 AM

Doors open to the public: 10:30 AM

Pack down begins: 5:00 PM

All vendors must vacate the venue by 5:45 PM.

5. Discounts

If a discounted rate has been agreed for your stall, you must apply this at checkout when completing your booking.

6. General Terms

The organisers accept no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to vendor property.

Vendors are expected to maintain a professional and respectful attitude towards other vendors, staff, and attendees.
