The Priest’s Cottage 

Nestled against the ancient church it once served, the Grade II listed Priest’s Cottage is steeped in history, mystery, and the supernatural. This once-humble residence of the priest and his family stands atop ground heavy with centuries of secrets—and whispers of things still stirring below.

Beneath its timeworn floors lies a sealed basement where the departed were once prepared for their final journeys. Locals speak in hushed tones of an entity that has never truly left, its presence lingering in the dark. Those brave enough to enter may find themselves caught in its spell.

Step inside and discover:

 • The priest and his wife’s bedroom, 

 • A children’s bedroom,

 • A cozy living room perfect for gathering your courage.

 • A wash room— ideal for solo investigation.

 • A cavernous basement, once a mortuary, now waiting for the fearless to unearth its stories.

At the heart of it all lies our warm, inviting kitchen—your base of operations, where you can stow your belongings and enjoy a comforting cup of tea before venturing deeper into the cottage’s mysteries.

Full building may be available in the future! 

Currently undergoing restoration, the cottage is an evolving tale in itself. Though we don’t yet have photos of the interior to share, trust that every detail is being carefully preserved to honor the past.

Opening Day: June 27th

All bookings in June,July and August will be at a special introductory price. 

After that, rates will be as follows:

 • Sunday to Thursday (8pm to 2am) :£150

 • Friday and Saturday (8pm to 2am) :£200

Sleepover options will be released in due course.

Recommended Group size: No more than 10-12 at one time. 

Only private hire for your team or group. 

Please note:

Aztec Death Whistles or Death Whistles, the use of the Satanic or Lord’s Prayer in reverse, as well as any religious materials used in a mocking or antagonistic manner, is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This is out of respect for the grounds and the beliefs of the spirits associated with this space. 

Ouija boards and talking boards are strongly discouraged at this location, as it is The Priest’s Cottage and we honor his and his family’s religious beliefs. If you do wish to use these tools, you must arrange it with us beforehand, preferably at booking. We have a specific protocol for both the space and the spirits involved, which takes place before and after any such session.

A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your date and booking—if you need to cancel, the deposit is retained, but should we need to cancel for any reason, your deposit will be refunded in full. The remaining payment is due on the day of your booking.
